For all COUPLES Massages please give us a call to schedule. We do not offer couples scheduling online to make sure it is booked correctly.
The system is not as smart as our wonderful Receptionists! We take our last appointment at 6:00pm T-F and 3:00pm Saturday, but the system does not usually offer that time. If you are trying to get in same day sometimes it is best to give us a call at 228-832-7824.
To begin your spa journey in a relaxed state, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time especially if you are a new guest. Delayed arrival will limit the time for your experience, reducing the effectiveness of your treatment and the expectations of your visit. In consideration of other spa guests, service time will not be extended for delayed arrivals, and the full price of your service will be charged. Please notify our staff if there are any special physical or medical needs or conditions they need to consider prior to your services. (i.e pregnancy, food or product sensitivities or aggressive medications). We recommend that valuable items be left at home. Healing Garden Therapies is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
For Their Safety- No Children under 12 allowed in Quiet Zone and Treatment Room area unless they are being serviced.
When booking online a deposit for the full service is required. As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation of your reservation prior to your arrival. Should the need arise to cancel or reschedule the reservations, a 24-hour advance notice is required. Insufficient notice to cancel reservations, reschedule reservations, no-show reservations or same day cancellations are subject to charges up to FULL-SERVICE VALUE. The deposit will be used for the service the day of, in need of canceling within the 24- hour period, rescheduling or no-show reservations. If the need to cancel outside the 24-hour period the deposit can be refunded or left on your account as a credit to be used at your convenience. Please give us a call to cancel so we can refund the deposit.
